Who we are

What we collect

• Order data: name, email, shipping and billing address, items ordered.
• Payment data: handled directly by Shopify and its payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited.
• Anything you send us by email or social media.

Why we use it

To process and ship your order and handle returns (performance of a contract), to comply with accounting and consumer-law obligations (legal obligation), and to keep the store secure and working (legitimate interest). Any marketing email is sent only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Cookies and local storage

Strictly necessary: we store your shopping cart in your browser’s local storage, and Shopify sets cookies required for checkout, fraud prevention and security. These cannot be switched off without breaking the store.

Optional: analytics or marketing cookies are only set if you press “Accept all” in our cookie banner. You can change your mind by clearing your browser storage for this site, which makes the banner appear again.

Who we share it with

Shopify (store and checkout), payment providers, and shipping carriers — only as far as needed to deliver your order. Some of these providers may process data outside the EEA under standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and receive your data in a portable format. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
