14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us by email at hello@collective20.com with your order number, then send the item back within 14 days of that notice.
Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. We may reduce the refund if the item has been handled more than necessary to check fit and quality.
Refunds
We refund the full purchase price plus standard outbound shipping within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof of return), using the same payment method you used. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
Faulty or wrong items
Email us a photo within a reasonable time of discovery and we will arrange a free replacement, repair or refund. This is in addition to the statutory guarantee on non-conforming goods.
Exchanges
Because we produce small runs, the fastest way to change size is to return the item for a refund and place a new order while stock lasts.
