Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–5 business days. Drops and pre-orders can take longer — the product page states the expected dispatch window if it differs.

Delivery times

• Norway: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• EU/EEA: 4–10 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of world: 7–21 business days after dispatch.

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by customs or the carrier are outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and shown before you pay. Any free-shipping threshold is applied automatically.

Customs and import duties

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs handling fees charged by the destination country. These are payable by you and are not included in the price at checkout.

Tracking

You receive a confirmation email when your order ships, with tracking where the carrier provides it.

Wrong address, lost or damaged parcels

Please double-check your address at checkout — we cannot reroute a parcel once it has shipped. If a parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time, email hello@collective20.com and we will trace it with the carrier and replace or refund it.
