1. Who you are buying from
These terms apply to all orders placed on collective20.com, operated by Collective20 (“C20”). Contact: hello@collective20.com.
2. Orders
A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error, in which case you are refunded in full.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs and any duties are shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and its payment providers.
4. Delivery
We aim to dispatch within 2–5 business days. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Risk passes to you on delivery. Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties payable by you.
5. Products
Items are produced in small runs. Photographs are indicative; slight variations in colour, print placement and fit are normal and not a defect.
6. Returns and legal guarantee
Your right of withdrawal and our returns process are described in our Returns & Refunds policy. Consumers also benefit from the statutory guarantee for faulty or non-conforming goods.
7. Liability and law
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. These terms are governed by Norwegian law, without depriving you of the mandatory protections of your country of residence. Disputes may also be submitted to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
